i visited the house i got offered to rent today.

i think this will be an okay place to settle for a while.

basically it's a dump, a small dump for that matter.

but with effort is should be possible to make something out of this.

it has two little bedrooms and a tiny kitchen.

the living/dining room is a reasonable size.

the outdoor space is a teeny-weeny balcony.

There is no bathroom, at least, i wouldn't call it that.

it needs some serious cleaning

with a little help of my friends it should be possible to make this place into a place that it my home.
