JEZUS FUCK.
What a day!
Everything that can go wrong will go wrong.
I DID became an aunt again today.
Esmée my new niece was born this morning.
That's nice.
Let's spend the rest of the day thinking about where I should find the time to travel down south to meet the little one and what perfect first present i'm going to get her.

Moving house
Fucking hell.
What a stress is moving house!
And hard work too.
I haven't got a decent nail left on my finger!
Wood sanding.
Putting in floor boards (hubby did that thank you very much, he still has trouble standing up).
Removing stucco (what a stupid idea that was, I really have NO idea how to get new stucco up there)
Painting walls
Painting doors
Painting thresholds
More wood sanding
More painting goddamn everything.
And then some more white.
One pot of paint for everything.
All beautiful glossy white.
I can't wait for it to be finished.
Tonight I'll get a break from DIY-hell so I can take some time to pack a box or two.
Because we're now going from living together to living apart together we need to divide stuff again.
We did what we think was the hard part, divide the cds and dvds but we also have vinyl to divide and a whole kitchen with stuff we need to break in half.
Thinking about it alone makes me want to go to the new house to paint some more stuff...
I can't wait for December when this is all over.
